My Commitment
For the woman who has felt like life has been harder than it should be. Like she has been fighting battles she didn't choose. I see you.
In my late teens, out of nowhere, the world became like a battlefield because of the emergence of mysterious, deep pain. Pain that screamed in the left side of my womb and did not let up. It lived not only in my body and soul, but somewhere far older than this lifetime. The repressed feminine.
What I couldn't have known then was that this wound was not the end of me. It was the initiation... into a life of channelling, healing, and Walking Women Home.
What I now call a golden shadow opened a doorway into softness and sent me across the world seeking what could not be fixed or healed to me in a clinical white room. It took trust, courage, and bravery whilst navigating new countries and cultures, bracing for impact in every second, minute and hour, which then turned into years. When I look back now, how did I get through it? Faith.
I was guided to shamans, powerful healers who became teachers, therapies and modalities. Learning to work with energy, the etheric realm, spirit guides, and the inherent natural intelligence of the body to self-heal the nervous system. I didn't just study this work. I was forged by it, and on the other side, both grace and strength live.
Most of what holds a woman back cannot be seen. It lives in the beliefs she inherited, the emotions she buried, the past lives still pulling at her present, the tired body and wounds passed down through her bloodline before she even took her first breath.
I have walked alongside hundreds of women in nervous system burnout, in every season of life, at every crossroads as they reclaimed parts within themselves hidden in the blind spots or from Heartache and the path back to Heart-FULL, past the parts the modern world does its best to silence.
My work moves in these invisible places and changes everything!

As I sit here watching my son look at my husband, belly laughing and trying to grab his beard, I felt like it was time to write this. I started working with Bracken a couple years ago after leaving an abusive relationship. The stress of my nursing job was overwhelming. I was having nightmares, my self esteem was non-existent. I felt hopeless. Bracken helped me let go of old ties and wounds, and taught me how to trust myself again.
